1/4=work rate of owner
1/6=work rate of assistant
x=time it will take with both owner and assistant working together
1/x=work rate both working together
sum of individual work rates=work rate working together

5/12=1/x
x=12/5=2.4
time it will take with both owner and assistant working together=2.4 hrs
