You can estimate the rate for one man to do the job of 5 sheep, but this is only theoretical and would not transfer as practical:

3 men__________6 hours_________job is 5 sheep;
1 man__________6*3 hours_______same job of 5 sheep.

That is a theoretical 1 job per 18 hours, or jobs per hour.
