This is a pretty standard rate of work problem.
We just need to set up a simple equation.
In words, if Mohan can do 1/20 of the job in 1 day,
and Aman can do 1/30 of the job in 1 day,
what percentage of the job could they do working together in 1 day?
This means they could do 1/12 of the work in 1 day.
Thus, working together, Mohan and Aman can do the work in 12 days!
