let the completed job = 1

Asif worked a total of 8 days

A shared work equation
+ = 1
multiply by 10h
10h* + 10h* = 10h(1)
Cancel the denominators, resulting in:
8h + 10(3) = 10h
30 = 10h - 8h
30 = 2h
h = 30/2
