with 5 people, it will take less than 15 days to complete the job, so number of people and number of days are inversely proportional.
so, with 5 people, it will take:
3/5 * 15 = 45/5 = 9 days to do the same job

or it can be say like this:
number of jobs = 3*15 = 45 people.days
so, if 5 people are working on it,
number of days = number of jobs / number of people = 45/5 = 9 days
