Find the number of man-hrs to complete 1/4 of the job
20 * 10 = 200 man-days
therefore
3 * 200 = 600 man-days required to complete the job (For a total of 800 man-days)

Let m, = no. of additional men required to complete the job in the remaining 20 days
20(m + 20) = 600
20m + 400 = 600
20m = 600 - 400
20m = 200
m = 200/20
m = 10 additional men required to finish the job in the required 30 days
