2 = (A(A+3))/(A + A+3)
----
2 = (A^2+3A)/(2A+3)
----
A^2 + 3A = 4A+6
A^2 -A -6 = 0
(A-3)(A+2) = 0
Usable solution:
A = 3 hrs (Timothy's time to do the job)
A+3 = 6 hrs (William's time to do the job)
