Hi,
Let x represent long it will take them to wash one car together
Question states*** Per hour the Equalizer
1/1 + 1/2 = 1/x |Multiplying thru by 2x so as all denominators = 1
2x + 1x = 2
3x = 2
x = 2/3 hr OR 40min
