Hi
Let x represent time it would take to do the job if they all worked together
Question states***Per hour the Equalizer
1/6 + 1/2 + 1/3 = 1/x
Solving for x
x + 3x + 2x = 6 | multiplying thru by 6x so as all denominators= 1
6x = 6
x = 1hr, time it would take to do the job if they all worked together
CHECKING our Answer***
1/6 + 3/6 + 2/6 = 1
