Area of sidewalk =68M^2
Length of ground + sidewalk =20+2x
width of ground + sidewalk = 12+2x

240+40x +24x+4X^2-240=68
4X^2+64x-68=0

x^2+16x-17=0
x^2+17x-x+17=0
x(x+17)-1(x+17)=0
