A long distance telephone company offered a flat rate of 9 cents per minute, with a 50 cent minimum charge per completed call. Find the cost in cents per minute for a 22 minute call?
I got .44 is that correct?

22 minutes = 198 cents
50% minimum charge of the completed cal
0.5 *198= 99 cents
198+99/9
=33 cents
