B = newspaper ads
if the question is " use at least twice as many radio commercials as newspaper ads"
what the equation?
2A + B <= 0 ???

No! "At least" means "no less than" so there could be more.
At "least twice as many radio commercials" means no less than two times as many but there could be more than two times as many.
