Ten people can paint 60 houses in 120 days so five people can paint 60 houses in 240 days because it takes double time to finish the job if there are half of the people. So if they only paint 30 houses, it will took them 120 days because it it takes 240 days to paint 60 houses and now we divide them by 2 to get 30 houses and 120 days.
