I realized I read the problem incorrectly. I fixed the solution below.

15 minutes = quarter hour = 1/4 hour

900 words : 15 minutes
900/15 words : 15/15 minutes
60 words : 1 minute

Answer: 60 words per minute

To find words/minute, divide the words by the minutes.
