Jose can drive 2 times as fast as Pablo can ride his bicycle. If it takes Pablo 3 hours longer than Jose to travel 96 miles,Pablo can ride his bicycle
let Pablo ride his bicycle at x mph
Jose's speed is 2x
Time taken by Pablo - time taken by Jose = 3 hours

simplify
(96*2-96)/2x = 3
96= 6x
x= 16 mph Pablo's speed
