There are numerous ways to solve problems like this; another tutor has shown you one method.
For me, the simplest way to solve this problem (and multitudes of other problems like this) is to consider how the number of workers changes with the changes in each of the other numbers.
Given: 1 computer, 7 hours --> 2 assemblers
(1) 100 computers instead of 1 --> 100 times as many computers, so multiply the number of assemblers by 100 --> 2*100 = 200 assemblers
(2) work 70 hours instead of 7 hours --> 10 times as much work time, so divide the number of assemblers by 10 --> 200/10 = 20 assemblers
