If she needs 1/6 of an hour per problem, she can do 10 problems.

            Since the solution by the tutor  @boreal  is wrong,  I came to fix it.


2 1/3 is 7/3 or 14/6 hours.


If she needs 1/6 of an hour per problem, she can do 14 problems.


Answer.  She can do 14 problems.
