240 pounds of fertilizer
________________________
6 lawns
Answer by BrittanyM(80) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If we are given 240 lbs of fertilizer to use on 6 lawns, all we need to do is divide the amount of fertilizer by the number of lawns which it must be used on.
So that's 240/6
Which is 40.
So we are allowed 40 lbs of fertilizer per lawn. Or 40/1
