in 1 minute clerk can do 1/15 and the other 1/30
together it is x/15+x/30=1 full shelf
multiply everything by 30
2x+x=30
3x=30
x=10 minutes total
10/15 is 2/3 by 1 and 10/30 is 1/3 by other.
