"Harvest the crops in the field" is one whole job.

Constant Work Rate Rule is RT=J and here, unit for T is HOURS, and unit for J is JOB; and you are mostly dealing with 1 JOB.

r is the work rate for ONE farmer, and n is the unknown number of farmers in the question.
