A carpenter can install six windows in five hours. How long would it take her to install eight windows? Use proportion to solve and round to your answer to the nearest tenth.
I took 5 hours and divided by 6 windows to figure how much time per window was needed. Then I took .8 (.833 rounded to nearest tenth) and multiplied that to the 8 windows. Final answer was 6.4 hrs. How do I set this up using proportions?
