If they all work at the same rate, then:
1 electrician does 1/18x1/35 jobs per day, or 1/630th of a job per day
28 electricians =28/630 work done per day
1 subdivision=1/(28/630)or 630/28 days, or 22.5 days total needed to do 1 subdivision!!!!!!!!!
