(just in case they don't appear correctly they are: sqrt x sqrt 2x sqrt 10x^5)

So far I have isolated y and end up with the fraction of
5 + sqroot (3)
--------------
2 + sqroot (3)
I dont know how to solve the rest.
I know the answer is 7 - 3 sqroot(3)
So maybe Im just using the wrong technique to solve it?
