1. 4√x=20
2. √y+√y+7=7
3. √x+11=√x+1
if its confusing.. in number 2 the √y+7 is a square root
and in number 3 the x+11 is one square root and x+1 is another one. just so you dont think that just the y is or just the x. (:

Question 464581: I am having a hard time with my math today. I have a problem that I am close to answering but I cannot figure out the last part. Could someone help me finish this up please? multiply. (sqrt6+2sqrt5)(sqrt6-2sqrt5). I have (sqrt(6)^2-2sqrt30+2sqrt30)-(2sqrt5)^2=sqrt(6)^2-(2sqrt5)^2=6-??? I cannot figure out the (2sqrt5)^2. Helllp!!!

the 2 v's are representing square root symbols. Hopefully I can explain the rest without confusion you know there can be numbers outside of the square root, there can also be numbers outside the square root, but are raised (like a power) the 4 and 3 are like that.
