Question 133239: Hi, If someone could please help me that would be great. I need to rationalize the denominator. It is a number 1 in the (numerator)over top of a square root of 7 minus a square root of 5 in the denominator. I came up with the answer of a square root of 7 + a square root of 5 in the numerator over top of a 2 in the denominator. Is this right. I couldn't figure out how to write out this problem on the computer.

Question 133245: Hi, I need a little help on this please. It looks simple but I'm confused!
I need to put this in radical notation. x with a negative exponent of -2/3

I believe the answer would be the number 1/x with a positive exponent of 2/3 that would get rid of the negative. but I'm unsure of the radical notation is it a
cubed 3 outside the radical and inside the radical an x with an exponent of 2 or is it a negative -2 this is where I'm having the problem. Hope you can help
Thanks, Randy
