Rationalize the denominator

7/cbft[sqrt(9x^2)]]

= 7/(3x^2)^(1/3)
-----
= 7/(3x)^(2/3))
-----
Multiply numerator and dinominator by (3x)^(1/3) to get:

= (7*(3x)^(1/3))/(3x)
