YOU CONVERT 3/5=.6 THEN ENTER IT INTO YOUR CALCULATROR & PRESS THE SQRT KAY.
SQRT.6=.77
PROOF
.77*.77=.6

0.77 is 77 hundreths
You would have rounded up to 0.78 if the 3rd number after the decimal point was 5 or higher.
