Notice that the question asks for complex zeroes not real zeroes.
f(x)=15x^4-37x^3+27x^2-3x-2
1 is a zero twice
15x^3-22x^2+5x+2
15x^2-7x-2
15x-10
(x-1)^2 (3x-2) (5x+1)
There are no complex zeroes
Real zeroes are 1,1,-1/5 and 2/3
