as the question sugegsts it is ({sqrt{a}}/{3sqrt{a^2b^3}})^{2/3}
if this is the question, then the answer is ({a^{-1/2}b^{-3/2}}/3)^{2/3}=(3^{-2/3}a^{-1/3}b)
