It all depends on what you want to do with it! It isn't an equation . So there is no solving it.
What are your instructions?
Multiply it out perhaps using FOIL? 25 x^(2/3)-9
Graph it?
Find zeroes? x = 27/125
find derivatives? d/dx((5 x^(1/3)+3) (5 x^(1/3)-3)) = 50/(3 x^(1/3))
find domain and range?
