Start with the given expression
Factor 180 into 36*5 and into
Break up the square roots using the identity
Take the square root of any perfect square
Multiply. So this is the simplified result

= -3 sqrt(180)sqrt(h^4)
= -3 sqrt(36 x 5) sqrt(h^4)
= -3 sqrt(36) sqrt(5) sqrt(h^4)
= -3 x 6 sqrt(5) h^2
= -18h^2sqrt(5)
