FYI: a^2+b^2=(a+bi)(a-bi)
Your Problem:
[3x+14+5i][3x+14-5i]
x=(1/3)(-145-5i) or x=(1/3)(-14+5i)

2) 25x^2=13
x^2=13/25
x=(sqrt13)/5 or x=-(sqrt13)/5
============================
3) 2(x-5)^2=3
(x-5)^2=3/2
(x-5)=sqrt(3/2) or x-5=-(sqrt(3/2))
x=5+(sqrt6)/6 or x=5-[(sqrt6)/6]
