Use the Distributive Law to get:
= 5*sqrt(18) + 6sqrt(6)
----
= 5*sqrt(9*3) + 6 sqrt(6))
----
= 5*3*sqrt(3) + 6sqrt(6)

= 15sqrt(3) + 6sqrt(6)
