we are given
radical(5600m^5n^12)
so we are asked for the sqrt(5600m^5n^12)
note that the sqrt of 5600 is 74.83 so we have
74.83*sqrt(m^5*n^12)
factor the exponents into their primes and rewrite
74.83*sqrt((m^2)^2*m*(n^3)^2*(n^3)^2)
pulling out the square roots we have
74.83*m^2*n^6*sqrt(m)
