I think I did not simplify enough, but I do not see how the answer I ended up with could be simplified any further. Please help. Thanks.

(X+5)(X-3)/(4X^2)*2(X-5)/(X-5)(X+5) CANCEL OUT THE (X-5)s & THE (X+5)s
(X-3)/(4X^2)*2
2(X-3)/4X^2 NOW DIVIDE BY 2 (NUM. & DEN.)
(X-3)/2X^2 ANSWER C)
