Can you help me with rationalizing the denominator on the following:
2/(sqrt2 -1).
---------------
Multiply numerator and denominator by (sqrt2+1) which is the
conjugate of the denominator you have in your problem:
=[2*(sqrt2+1)]/[(sqrt2-1)(sqrt2+1)]
=[2*(sqrt2+1)]/[(sqrt2)^2 - 1^2]
=[2*(sqrt2+1]/1
=2sqrt2+2
