Question 59269: sqrt50/sqrt2 when i figure this problem out i get sqrt100/4 do i simplify it. If i do is it sqrt 10/2?
Answer by uma(370)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Sqrt(50)/Sqrt(2)
= Sqrt(25 * 2)/ Sqrt(2)
= [Sqrt(25) * Sqrt(2)]/sqrt(2)
= Sqrt(25)
= 5.

OR
Sqrt(50)/Sqrt(2)
= Sqrt(50/2)
= Sqrt(25)
= 5
Good Luck!!!
