=[4 sqrt3]/[12 sqrt3]

2(sqrt12) divided by 4 sqrt(27)
sqrt of 12 can be written as 2(sqrt 3)
sqrt of 27 can be written as 3(sqrt 3)
the given problem can be re-written as (2*2(sqrt3)) / (4*3(sqrt3))
this can be simplified as 4/12 (by cancelling (sqrt3)/(sqrt3))
the answer is 1/3.
