[64^12*y^19]^(1/5)
=(64^2)(y^3)[64^(2/5)(y^45)
or
4096y^3*{5the root of [64*y]^2}
=4096y^3[5th root of [2^6 y]^2]
=4096y^3[5th root of [2^12y^2]]
=4096y^3[2^2 5th root of[4y^2]]
=16384 y^3 [5th root [4y^2]]
