I'm having difficulty solving the following equation and don't understand the order to solve:
(3sqrt(5) - 2 sqrt(10))((2sqrt(5) + sqrt(10))

Use FOIL:
F: 6*5
O: 3sqrt(50)
I: -4sqrt(50)
L: -2*10
---------------------
Combine:
10 -sqrt(50)
= 10-5Sqrt(2)
