3/4 = 1 - 3x-2/x+1

Answer by edjones(8007)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
3/4 = 1 - 3x-2/x+1
3(x+1)=4(x+1)-4(3x-2) multiply each side by 4(x+1) LMC
3x+3=4x+4-12x+8
3x+3=-8x+12
11x=9
x=9/11
