These are not like terms. (Radical terms are like terms only if the index and the radicand (the expression inside) are the same.) They are both square roots so the indices are both 2's. But the radicands are different, 6 and 3. So these terms cannot be added.

However, if you want a decimal approximation of the sum, you could use your calculator to find decimal approximations for the two square roots and then add the approximations.
