A square root is the same as raising a number to the 1%2F2 power,
ex sqrt%28r%29 equals r%5E%281%2F2%29
ex sqrt%283x%29 equals %283x%29%5E%281%2F2%29
so, sqrt%28%2824a%29%5E3%29 can be written as %28%2824a%29%5E3%29%5E%281%2F2%29
when you raise a power to a power you multiply the powers,
ex) %28x%5E3%29%5E%281%2F2%29 we do 3%2A%281%2F2%29=3%2F2 so the expression would be x%5E%283%2F2%29
