Question 296299: (5-x)/x+3/4=7/x
Answer by helpnalgebra(91)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(5-x)/(x)+(3)/(4)=(7)/(x)
Least common denominator: 4x
(-x+5)/(x)*4x+(3)/(4)*4x=(7)/(x)*4x
-x+20=(7)/(x)*4x
-x+20=28
-x=-20+28
-x=8
-x*-1=8*-1
x=8*-1
x=-8 answer
