Hello,
Let's first get rid of the sq rt by squaring both sides.
[sqrt(3x + 9)]^2 <= 3^2 This will give us:
3x+9<=9 Subtract 9 from both sides will be:
3x<=0 Divide both sides by 3 results in:
x<=0
Check this answer in the original problem.
Does it work?
