I'm not sure what y =^x+2 means. Are you trying to express ? Whatever your expression is, just take each one of the values given, substitute that value for x in the expression, and then perform the indicated arithmetic. A calculator will be helpful here, but remember to round off to 3 places where the expression under the radical is not a perfect square.
