All you can do with this is simplify it some.
-7*sqrt(242) = -7*sqrt(2)*sqrt(121)
= -7*11*sqrt(2)
= -77*sqrt(2)
All this gets you is a smaller number under the radical. That might have been useful before the advent of calculators and computers, but it's irrelevant now. However, it is to a person's benefit to know how to do these things.

Split into 2 square roots
-7%2A+sqrt+%28121%29%2Asqrt%282%29
Simplify sqrt%28121%29 : it's =11
-7%2A+11%2Asqrt%282%29
which equals
-77%2Asqrt%282%29
