(sqrt (c) - sqrt (d)) / (sqrt (c) + sqrt (d))

Multiply numerator and denominator by (sqrt(c)-sqrt(d)) to get:
[sqrt(c)-sqrt(d)]^2/[c-d]
= [c+d -2sqrt(cd)]/(c-d)
