3/4-1=-3X-2/(X+1)
-1/4=[-3X(X+1)-2)/(X+1)
-1/4=[-3X^2-3X-2]/(X+1)] NOW CROSS MULTIPLY
-3X^2-3X-2=-(X+1)/4 CROSS MULTIPLY AGAIN
-12X^2-12X-8=-X-1
-12X^2-12X+X-8+1=0
-12X^2-11X-7=0
12X^2+11X+7=0
USING THE QUADRATIC EQUATION: WE GET.
X=(-11+-SQRT[11^2-4*12*7])/2*12
X=(-11+-SQRT[121-336])/24
X=(-11+-SQRT-215)/24
X=(-11+-14.66i)/24
