The formula in exercise 67:
t=1/4 square root s, in which s is the distance fallen.
I know the equation would look like this:
t=1/4 square root 1400

Find the time required for an object to fall to the ground from a building that is 1400 feet high.

h(t) = -16t^2+ 1400
h(t) is the height of the object at time t-seconds
----------------
When the object hits the ground its height is zero.
Let h(t) = 0 and solve for "t":
-16t^2 + 1400 = 0
16t^2 = 4000
t^2 = 4000/16
t = sqrt(4000)/4
t = 20sqrt(10)/4
t = 5sqrt(10)
t is approximately 15.81 seconds
